What is the Russian FAC certification?
The Russian Federation has introduced a mandatory certification system for telecommunications equipment since 1992, FAC Certificate and FAC Declaration Federal Agency of Communication--registration of telecom certificate (FAC)
FAC Wireless Declaration (other names: Communication Certificate, CCC, FAC) is a document that confirms whether the product conforms to the regulations approved by the RF Federal Law No. 126-FZ "Telecom" for the use of equipment, and can be used in the telecommunications network of the Russian Federation. To apply for RF FAC certification, the following materials are required:
1. Russian technical manual
2. Test protocol
3. Production data
4. Apply for company information (to be registered within the Russian Federation)
5. Notes to the power of attorney of the manufacturer and the applicant
Note: The above information must be provided in English or Russian
Russia FAC certification application process:
1. Fill in the certification application form
2. Provide exporter’s certificate of origin CO, exporter’s authorization declaration and other documents according to our requirements
3. Fill in the Notification form according to the document
4. Russian local agencies issue FAC certificates based on the information
5. Send out the FAC certificate

The FAC certification certificate is valid for 10 years
