Applicable Products

Introduction

Enterprise Singapore (Enterprise Singapore) is a safety assurance agency designated by the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Singapore. It is mainly responsible for the management of the CPS Registration Scheme (Singapore Consumer Protection (Safety Requirements) Registration Scheme).
The CPS registration plan is a safety guarantee plan launched by the Singapore government in 1991 to protect the rights and interests of consumers. The regulated products are divided into low, medium and high risk levels.

Standards

Before regulating product certification, the product supplier or Singapore agent must first register with SPRING. SPRING will register the supplier and grant a unique code (consisting of three capital letters). The registered supplier becomes a "registered supplier". business"

Others

All controlled products registered with CPSO must have safety signs before they can be sold in the Singapore market. Registered suppliers are responsible for ensuring that their registered controlled products are affixed with safety signs in accordance with the regulations. When necessary, the Singapore Commodity Safety Agency will conduct random inspections on the warehouses of manufacturers/importers/traders.
